Common Questions

What access do you need for an audit?

Read-only access to Google Ad Manager and GA4 is essential. Access to demand partner dashboards (AdX, Open Bidding partners, supply-side platform reporting) is helpful but not required. I'll provide specific instructions for granting access securely.

How long does an audit take?

Typically 1–2 weeks from receiving access to presenting findings. Complex setups (multiple properties, custom integrations) may take longer. I'll give you a specific timeline in the proposal.

Can we implement recommendations ourselves?

Yes. The audit deliverable includes detailed, actionable recommendations your team can implement. If you need help with implementation, we can discuss a Full Stack engagement or targeted support.

Do you work with agencies or only publishers?

I primarily work with publishers on programmatic advertising, but I also consult for media agencies on platform expertise (DV360, programmatic buying) and operational optimization. Get in touch to discuss your needs.

What's your minimum traffic requirement?

For paid engagements, I typically work with publishers doing 100M+ monthly ad requests. This ensures there's enough data to analyze and enough revenue at stake to justify the investment. The free assessment has no minimum.

Do you take revenue shares or referral fees?

No. All engagements are fee-based only. I don't accept revenue shares, don't take referral fees from vendors, and don't have "preferred partners." My recommendations are based solely on what's best for your business.
